While hand stripping is an art, it?s not difficult to do. Tools come in a variety of  types. X-Fine, Fine, Medium and Coarse.  The shorter the hair the finer knife you will need. For thicker longer hair you will need to use a coarser knife. You will almost always need more than knife type.  To allow you to get to the finer hair you will have to begin with a coarser knife. We suggest that you buy a medium and a fine. If your coat is overgrown and thicker you will need a coarse too.  Around head face and neck an extra fine is recommended.

TO CLEAN: Dip tip only, do not soak and dry thoroughly.
